The PGA Tour has confirmed a further update to the schedule for the final round of the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, with play now set to feature a split-tee start from Nos. 1 and 10 as officials work around continued weather disruption at TPC Louisiana.

The revised window for tee times will run from 11:30 a.m. to 12:58 p.m. local time, with full final-round tee times listed at the bottom of this page .

The adjustment marks a significant change from the original 9:30 a.m. start, which had already been delayed earlier in the day due to inclement conditions.

Tournament officials have been forced to remain flexible throughout the morning as weather impacts the only team event on the PGA Tour schedule.

Alongside the schedule change, the PGA Tour has confirmed that preferred lies will remain in place for the final round foursomes. The ruling is consistent with the third round, where fourballs were also played under lift, clean and place conditions due to softened course conditions. Players are able to move their golf ball by a scorecard length on the fairway.

Sunday’s closing round will be played in the alternate-shot format (foursomes), the most demanding test of the week, with precision and teamwork at a premium. The first and third rounds were played as fourballs, with the second and final rounds designated as foursomes.

At the top of the leaderboard, Matt Fitzpatrick and his brother Alex remain the team to catch after a record-setting third round.

The pair produced a stunning 15-under-par 57 on Saturday to reach 30-under-par for the tournament, opening up a four-shot advantage heading into the final day.

Behind them, Alex Smalley and Hayden Springer, along with Davis Thompson and Austin Eckroat, sit tied for second on 26-under-par, setting up a tightly packed chase group once play eventually gets underway.

Alex Fitzpatrick, 27, praised his brother’s brilliance during Saturday’s record-breaking performance, admitting he largely played a supporting role on the front nine before contributing down the stretch.

“Yeah, I didn’t really do much the first nine holes. I just kind of let him do his thing,” Alex said. “It was pretty cool to watch.”

Matt Fitzpatrick, meanwhile, described the round as one of those rare days where everything clicked.

“An amazing day. It probably hasn’t fully sunk in how well we played,” he said. “It was just hole after hole.”

The Zurich Classic concludes with the demanding foursomes format, where both players must alternate shots, often amplifying pressure and punishing even minor errors.

With weather delays pushing back the start and conditions remaining uncertain, the final round is now set for a later-than-expected finish, adding another layer of intrigue to an already tightly contested leaderboard.

Victory would not only secure the Zurich Classic title but also carry significant consequences for Alex Fitzpatrick, who stands to earn a two-year PGA Tour exemption should the brothers convert their overnight lead into a win.
