Sepp Straka captured his fourth career PGA Tour title and second of the season with victory at the Truist Championship at Philadelphia Cricket Club.
Straka, 32, closed with a 2-under 68 to see off his European Ryder Cup teammate Shane Lowry (70) and Justin Thomas (67) by two shots on 16-under par.
The Austrian won his biggest first prize of his PGA Tour career of $3.6m.
The tournament marked the sixth of eight Signature Events on the PGA Tour.
There was a huge $20m prize purse on the line in Pennsylvania.
Straka and Lowry went toe to toe alongside one another in the final round.
Both players held the outright lead at one stage on Sunday but it was a ultimately sloppy bogey from Lowry on the 16th that handed the initiative to Straka.

After pars from the final pairing on 17, Straka hit a fantastic 4-iron from outside of 200 yards in the fairway bunker into the heart of the green to some 40 feet.
Lowry also tugged his drive down the left flank but he recovered well to find the green to some 25 feet.
Straka putted past the hole to some four feet and it left the door open for Lowry to force extra holes.
But the 2019 Open champion hit a shocking putt that ended up seven feet past the hole.
Lowry then missed the return for par and he tapped in for a costly bogey.
The Irishman was in disbelief at his efforts and put his head in his hands.
Straka then tapped home for par to see out his second victory on the PGA Tour this season having also won The American Express in January.
He now also vaults up to second behind Rory McIlroy in the FedEx Cup standings.
It also marks the eighth tournament win from a European in 20 individual PGA Tour events in 2025.
Only McIlroy (three) and Straka (two) have won multiple tournaments on the PGA Tour so far this season.
While disappointed for his good friend Lowry, World No.2 McIlroy greeted Straka with a big hug off the back of the 18th.
Straka relied on a hot putter all week, ranking second for SG: Putting (8.66).
Thomas continued his recent good play on the circuit and his steady final round of 67 saw him tie with Lowry for second on 14-under par.
The American will now be looking to continue his good form and capture his PGA Championship hat-trick next week.
Tommy Fleetwood, Jacob Bridgeman and Patrick Cantlay finished with solid rounds of 65 to finish in a three-way tie for fourth.
McIlroy failed to defend his title - albeit on a different golf course this week with Quail Hollow hosting next week's PGA Championship - but the Masters champion finished with a 68 to finish a respectable tie for seventh.
After the tournament, McIlroy admitted he will feel much more like a defending champion next week at the PGA rather than this week solely because he was playing a different course.
McIlroy also believes Quail Hollow Club better fits his eye than Philadelphia Cricket Club.
Having knocked off a bit of rust after a couple of weeks away from the sport, McIlroy admits he likes where his game is at heading into the second major of the season.
"I think I'm in a good place," said McIlroy.
"I didn't feel like I played all that well this week, I still finished seventh.
"Even my -- what I feel is my bad golf, I'm still there or thereabouts.
"A couple little improvements and little tweaks, especially going to a place I love like Quail Hollow, and I feel like I'm in a really good spot."
