Wyndham Clark claims to be "very torn" after seeing Brooks Koepka make a swift return to the PGA Tour.

Koepka, 35, quit LIV Golf on 23 December and then this Monday was let back onto the PGA Tour via a new Returning Membership policy set by the circuit's CEO Brian Rolapp.

While there are several repercussions for the five-time major champion including no player equity for five years, no FedEx Cup bonus money in 2026 and a $5m charitable donation, Koepka is once again a member of the PGA Tour where he has won nine times.

The former Smash GC captain will now make his official PGA Tour comeback at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines at the end of the month.

He'll also compete in the following week's WM Phoenix Open, a tournament he has won twice at TPC Scottsdale in 2015 and 2021.

Tiger Woods confirmed getting Koepka back marked an "incredible" moment for the PGA Tour and its fans who "want to see the best against the best".

Rickie Fowler then poked the LIV Golf bear some more when admitting Koepka had been wanting to return to the PGA Tour "for quite a while"

But not everyone is in favour of Koepka's return, with reports on the ground suggesting multiple players aren't best pleased

Former US Open champion and three-time PGA Tour winner Wyndham Clark is one who is very much on the fence about the situation.

"Gosh, I'm so torn," Clark told Colt Knost and Drew Stoltz on SiriusXM PGA Tour Radio

"I personally really like Brooks and I think it's ultimately really good for the PGA Tour.

"But also, a guy that had an opportunity to go to LIV, it's kinda frustrating that he's able to get the cake and also eat it.

"So I don't know. I'm very torn because at the end of the day I want whatever is best for the PGA Tour and I think if guys come back, especially top players like Brooks, it's only going to help the Tour which is ultimately going to help me.

"I don't know really how I feel. I wish maybe they were a few more repercussions, but I'm glad the things they've set in place are pretty decent.

"I also like the hard deadline, which I think is good. I just hope they stick with that and don't waive on that in maybe a year or two."
