Stewart Golf achieves Major status as the official Trolley Licensee of The Open
The three-year partnership will see the British brand launch an exclusive Open-branded product collection, debuting at Royal Birkdale next month.
Already an icon of local manufacturing and beloved by players on both sides of the Atlantic, Stewart Golf has taken another step in solidifying itself as a legendary name in British golf by inking a deal to become an official licensee of The Open Championship for the first time.
The first deal of its kind to be inked between Britain's Major Championship and a trolley brand, the deal will see Stewart become the exclusive licensed golf trolley manufacturer for the tournament, with an Open-branded collection of trolleys set to debut in the lead-up to the 154th Open at Royal Birkdale next month.
The deal will run for three years, with Stewart Golf's products set to feature at merchandising activations around the tournament.
Stewart Golf is a natural fit for this most British of tournaments, given their ongoing commitment to designing, engineering and manufacturing their trolleys in their UK headquarters.
