Poulter's latest Instagram post suggests he's heading to the Ryder Cup

European Ryder Cup captain Thomas Bjorn will reveal his four wildcards to join his team to face the USA at Le Golf National on Wednesday at 2pm (UK time), but it would Ian Poulter is already a lock following the Englishman's latest Instagram post.

Poulter, who last week revealed the Ryder Cup is "the only week he really cares about", posted an image of his new Titleist Vokey wedges stamped in yellow and blue colours. Check it out below...

Poulter's Ryder Cup record takes some beating, losing just four of the 18 matches he has taken part in and he remains undefeated in the singles.

The Ryder Cup starts on Friday September 28.
