Last year, Gary Woodland teamed up with the Special Olympics and the PGA Tour to surprise Amy Bockerstette, a young woman with Down syndrome who is a part of Special Olympics Arizona, to play the iconic 16th hole at TPC Sawgrass during a practice round at the 2018 Phoenix Open. Well it seems Gary Woodland still keeps in touch with Amy, giving her an amazing surprise after winning the 2019 US Open on Sunday.

Amy Bockerstette and Gary Woodland both starred in what was the most viral video in PGA Tour history, when she played the iconic 16th hole at TPC Sawgrass and parred the hole in front of a big crowd.

Her tee shot found the bunker, but full of confidence, Amy splashed it out and sunk the putt for par, in one of the most heartwarming moments we've seen in golf for a long time.

On Sunday, Gary Woodland won his maiden major at Pebble Beach, winning the 2019 US Open. After lifting the trophy, Woodland decided to surprise Amy once again and call her to share the celebrations with a woman that touched his heart. Watch the fantastic FaceTime call below.
