Viktor Hovland has today smashed the long-standing PGA Tour record of consecutive rounds in the 60s following his 3-under 69 on day one of The CJ Cup.
Hovland, 22, has now posted 18 consecutive rounds of scores in the 60s, which now pips the record previously set by American Bob Estes back in 2001.
His last 18 scores on the PGA Tour are as follows: 64, 68, 68, 68, 65, 64, 66, 66, 64, 68, 69, 69, 65, 69, 66, 69, 64, 69.
The young Norwegian hasn't finished worse than T16 in his last eight tournaments around the world and 2020 European Ryder Cup captain Padraig Harrington will no doubt be keeping a very close eye on him as he starts to look at his lineup ahead of Whistling Straits next September.
Hovland was one of the most highly anticipated amateur golfers on the scene and pretty much every big golf fan in the world knew the youngsters name before he turned pro back in June.
He might still be searching for his first win as a a professional but Hovland has still been one of the most consistent and in-form players on the PGA Tour.
Incredibly, he has only shot one round over 71 in his professional career, when he shot a final round of 73 when making his professional debut on the PGA Tour at the Travelers Championship in June.
He began the year outside the top 1,000 in the world and has now progressed into the top 100.

Australia's Jason Day returned to the PGA Tour for the first time in a couple of months and posted a very solid round of 6-under to lie solo third.
In-form Justin Thomas is off to a nice start on 4-under par, with defending champion and World No.1 Brooks Koepka back on 3-under.
A total of 47 players were under par on day one.
