LIV Golf signings and teams 2026: Which players have joined?
LIV Golf signings and teams 2026: Find out which players have joined the likes of Jon Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau and Cameron Smith for the fourth campaign.
LIV Golf's 57-man roster for the 2026 campaign is now complete.
Anthony Kim's decision to join Dustin Johnson's 4 Aces on 11 February ahead of their stop in Adelaide means all 13, four-man teams are full.
Kim was relegated from LIV Golf last season but won his spot back via their "promotions" event in January. He was expected to tee up this season as one of five wildcards.
But he has decided to join the two-time major champion on the 4 Aces, replacing Patrick Reed after the American decided to return to the PGA Tour.
Reed wasn't the only high-profile player to cross back over.
In December 2025, Brooks Koepka announced he wouldn't be returning to LIV despite having 12 months remaining on his contract.
Koepka cited a need to be closer to his family as the primary reason for his desire to return to the American circuit.
According to Telegraph Sport, LIV met Reed's asking price but the American said he was a "traditionalist at heart" and wanted to play on the PGA Tour again.
LIV Golf signings 2026
LIV's 2024-2025 season saw the league enforce relegation for the very first time.
It meant the league needed to recruit several new faces and they had a busy offseason.
Unfortunately for LIV, they failed to attract any bona fide stars.
In truth, the league haven't made any acquisitions that have raised eyebrows since Jon Rahm joined LIV in December 2023 for a reported £450m ($566.4m) .
Instead, LIV signed young talent and brought in some established tour pros.
In total, there were six player signings over the winter.
Three-time DP World Tour winner and former PGA Tour member Victor Perez became the first addition of the off-season, agreeing a switch to LIV Golf on 18 November.
Perez, who also represented France at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, linked up with the Cleeks quartet led by former world number one Martin Kaymer.
Perez replaced the relegated Frederik Kjettrup.
England's Laurie Canter joined Perez on 1 December, teaming up with Ian Poulter, Lee Westwood and Sam Horsfield on the all-English Majesticks team.
Canter had earned his duel playing rights on the PGA and DP World Tour via the Race to Dubai standings on the DP World Tour in 2025.
But the 36-year-old Englishman admitted the offer was simply too good to turn down.
A trio of players joined the league in early January, with Thomas Detry moving to Dustin Johnson's 4Aces GC, Elvis Smylie going to Cam Smith's Ripper GC and Ben An becoming captain of the newly-named Korean Golf Club, formerly Iron Heads GC.
The arrival of An saw Kevin Na make way and leave the league.
Danny Lee kept his place on Korean Golf Club, but Yubin Jang and Jinichiro Kozuma were replaced by Younghan Song and Minkyu Kim.
Korean Golf Club is not the only team name change for 2026, with Stinger GC switching to Southern Guards GC.
Six-time major champion Phil Mickelson was on a recruitment drive all winter trying to find a replacement for the relegated Andy Ogletree.
On 20 January, Mickelson confirmed the arrival of 21-year-old Michael La Sasso.
It is understood Mickelson tried and failed to convince a fellow lefty, Akshay Bhatia, to leave the PGA Tour but was knocked back on several occasions.
Elsewhere, five wildcards join the LIV Golf League for 2026. They are Richard T. Lee, Bjorn Hellgren, Scott Vincent and Yosuke Asaji.
LIV Golf trades 2026
Similar to other sports, LIV Golf have their very own transfer window where teams are free to trade players, as well as sign new ones.
A player's finish in the individual standings decides their transfer status.
Players finishing in the 'Lock Zone' are guaranteed a spot for the following season with the offer of a new contract if their current one has expired.
For those finishing in the 'Open Zone', players can become free agents and are free to discuss terms with other teams.
There were a couple of player trades over the winter.
Harold Varner III was traded from the 4 Aces to Smash GC, replacing the aforementioned Koepka.
Elsewhere, Abraham Ancer was traded from Sergio Garcia's Fireballs to Joaquin Niemann's Torque. That transfer was made after Chile's Mito Pereira got relegated and retired from the sport.
Garcia replaced Ancer with free agent and fellow Spaniard David Puig.
