NBC make Tiger Woods crash apology during live broadcast
NBC were forced to make a correction after showing the wrong footage of Tiger Woods' latest car crash during the final round of the PGA Tour's Texas Children's Houston Open.

NBC apologised to viewers after mistakenly showing incorrect footage of Tiger Woods' car crash during a studio update aired before the final round of the Texas Children’s Houston Open.
Woods, 50, rolled his Land Rover after clipping the rear end of a truck on Friday afternoon near his Jupiter home in Florida.
According to the Martin Country Sheriff's Office, the 15-time major champion was travelling at "a high rate of speed" at around 14:00 local time (19:00 GMT) when the collision occurred.
The 82-time PGA Tour winner, who crawled out the passenger door, was arrested at the scene and later charged with driving under the influence, property damage and refusal to submit a lawful test.
According to Sheriff John Budensiek, Woods passed a breathalyser test but refused a urine test.
Woods, who "showed signs of impairment", was kept away from the general population in jail and released eight hours later.
The PGA Tour and Woods' management have yet to comment on the latest incident that has brought him into the headlines for the wrong reasons
NBC offered the latest update on what happens next with Woods during before the final round of the Texas Children's Houston Open at Memorial Park.
Unfortunately, NBC showed imagery from Woods' high-profile crash in 2021.
"We want to take this time to make a correction," lead commentator Dan Hicks said.
"Before we came on the air today, our studio inadvertently showed the incorrect picture of the car crash Tiger Woods was in.
"It was another previous car crash. It was not the correct one - the latest one that was yesterday.
"We apologise for that and just want to straighten that out before we go any further."
Watch here:
Woods has been involved in several incidents behind the wheel during his illustrious career.
In 2009, he hit a fire hydrant, a tree and several hedges in a collision outside his home.
The incident is understood to have happened minutes after his ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, learned of his extra-marital affair with Rachel Uchitel.
Woods later admitted to being unfaithful during their marriage.
In 2017, Woods was found asleep at the wheel of his Mercedez-Benz, again not far from his home.
A toxicology report found he had several legal medications in his system and marijuana's active ingredient.
He was sentenced to a year's probation after pleading guilty to reckless driving.
In February 2021, Woods crashed his luxury SUV in Los Angeles. Authorities claimed he was driving approximately 80mph in a 45mph zone.
Woods was seriously injured and doctors later considered amputating his right leg.
But he made a miraculous return to competitive golf only 14 months later at the 2022 Masters Tournament.
Law enforcement did not file charges and were criticised for not having his blood drawn for tests.
What happens next?
The charges against Woods are misdemeanours, not felonies.
NBC's Cara Banks reported that Woods' court hearing is scheduled for 17 April - a week after the 2026 Masters Tournament concludes.
"I spoke to the Sheriff's office this morning and they did confirm the paperwork would be coming in the coming days, probably early next week, and that would include the incident report," NBC's Banks confirmed during Sky Sports Golf's live coverage of the third round of the Texas Children's Houston Open.
"I also spoke to the jail house where Woods spent eight hours yesterday. They indicated the court date will likely be set on Monday.
"Typically the court date is three weeks from the arrest, which would take us to April 17th, which would be Friday after The Masters."
Woods is not required to attend the hearing in person.
