Jackson Koivun WITB: Everything in the bag of the game's hottest new Tour Pro
Take a look into the full setup of the PGA Tour's much-hyped prospect as he makes his pro debut.

Few amateurs have garnered quite as much hype in recent years as young Jackson Koivun.
Having spent the last couple of years playing college golf at Auburn, Koivun has over that period ascended to become the most highly-rated amateur talent in recent memory. Ranked number one in the world as an amateur, Koivun went 6-1 in NCAA match play while leading Auburn to two NCAA titles, has already finished in the top 10 at three tour events, and finished T-23 in brutal conditions at the U.S. Open last year, sharing low amateur honours.
Now, having announced that he'll forgo the senior year of his schooling to turn professional, Koivun made one of the most hotly-anticipated professional debuts this century overnight at the John Deere invitational, ultimately struggling to a final score of 2-over to finish the day in a tie for 123rd.
Even so, there remains plenty of buzz around Koivun going into the weekend, and naturally much attention is being played to the clubs he has in the bag for his pro debut. Already a Titleist ambassador, Koivun plays a full suite of the club's brands with one notable exception. He also marked his first week as a pro by signing an apparel deal with Malbon.
Read on to find out everything Koivun has in the bag for his pro debut.

Driver: Titleist GT2
There's a fairly even split between the players on tour gaming Titleist's GT2 and GT3 drivers respectively, and Koivun fits in the former camp, seemingly preferring the GT2's slightly more forgiving nature and ease of launch.
Titleist's most player-friendly all-round driver model, the GT2 allows better players workability off the tee while maintaining a level of forgiveness on off-centre hits that has it in the good books of players like Justin Thomas and Aldrich Potgieter. Koivun's comes fitted with an older Fujikura shaft in the Speeder 661 TR, which released back in 2018.
3-wood: TaylorMade Qi4D HL
The one club in Koivun's bag not produced by Titleist is his TaylorMade Qi4D 3-wood.
TaylorMade's fairway woods are famously popular among free agents and even players contracted to other brands, with the likes of Viktor Hovland, Matt Fitzpatrick, Wyndham Clark and Hideki Matsuyama all having one in the bag.
Koivun's Qi4D actually comes in its tour-only HL (or high launch) variant, lofted up from a standard 3-wood's loft to produce a higher ball flight and a softer landing on the greens.
Irons: Titleist T-Series, Titleist 620 MB
Working down from his woods, Koivun uses a mixture of irons from Titleist's new T-series irons. First is a 3-iron from the players-distance T250 model, and a T100 4-iron.
The rest of his set is made up of 620 MB blades: a model that served as the basis for prototype irons used by the likes of Justin Thomas and Cameron Young.
All are fitted with Project X's low launch, low-spin Rifle shafts, with the exception of the 3-wood, which has a Graphite Design Tour AD hybrid shaft.
Wedges: Titleist Vokey
Koivun games a total of four different Vokey wedges, starting with three from the most recent SM11 range, lofted at 46, 50, and 54-degree profiles.
Like plenty of other tour players, Koivun's 60-degree lob wedge comes from the Vokey Design range's WedgeWorks line, custom-designed in Bob Vokey's workshop to fit Young's exact swing and aesthetic preferences.
Interestingly, Koivun has wedges fitted with the same Project X Rifle shafts as his irons, indicating he prefers a lower-launch approach when it comes to his short game.

Putter: Scotty Cameron Phantom T-9 Tour Prototype
Like the vast majority Titleist tour players, Young has understandably invoked one of the biggest privileges available to the company's contracted players: full access to the Scotty Cameron putter range.
Favouring a mallet-style putter, Young uses the Phantom T-9 shape in a Tour Prototype finish. A high-MOI mallet, the Phantom T-9 is made from high-grade 303 stainless steel and 6061 aircraft aluminium, with dual-milled face technology for a true roll and a crisp, pure feel off the face.
Golf ball: Titleist Pro V1
Titleist boasts just about an even split between Tour players who play the Pro V1 and Pro V1x models, but regardless of affiliation the brand's flagship ball model remains the most popular in the professional game by a wide margin.
Koivun plays the standard Pro V1, which launches lower and spins slightly less than its sibling in the Pro V1x, but has a softer feel.
