You might be thinking Dustin Johnson is ready to pop champagne corks long into the night after earning more than $4m at LIV Golf Tulsa on Sunday, but you would be wrong. DJ is all business ahead of the US PGA Championship at Oak Hill.

Johnson, 38, became the third player to win a second LIV Golf title at the weekend, ousting Cameron Smith and Branden Grace with a birdie at the first extra hole.

He picked up $4m for the individual prize and an additional $375,000 for his 4 Aces GC finishing second behind Louis Oosthuizen's Stinger GC.

It marks Johnson's first win of the season and his first LIV title since Boston last September.

But while LIV Golf titles are all well and good for Johnson, it's majors that matter most.

If Johnson can etch his name on the famous Wanamaker Trophy this week, he knows he will be just a Claret Jug at The Open Championship away from completing the career grand slam.

A reporter asked all four members of the victorious Stinger GC who was going to be partying the hardest on Sunday night, to which Oosthuizen pointed straight to Dean Burmester, who in turn fully agreed.

"This is my first one [win]," said a beaming Burmester, "so I'm going to f***ing celebrate!"

Johnson, who was also part of the post-tournament press conference, then chimed in: "If I didn't have the PGA next week, I'd celebrate with you."

The funny thing is Burmester is the only member of Stinger GC in the US PGA Championship field.

Johnson then spoke about the state of his game heading into the year's second major, and he very much likes what he sees.

"The game is in really good shape," said the former World No.1.

"I feel like I'm doing everything really well right now. I'm really looking forward to next week, obviously get up there tonight and get out and get a little practice tomorrow."
