Paige Spiranac joked on Twitter that she should be a part of the new Player Impact Program, suggesting she should be compensated for how many times people search about her boobs on Google.

The new bonus system introduced by the PGA Tour will see 10 players share a pool of $40 million based on off-course factors such as Google searches and social media.

It could mean that a player could have one of their worst seasons on Tour, yet still take home millions of dollars based on multiple factors that do not include performance.

Spiranac, who has amassed over 3 million followers on Instagram, joked on social media that she should be a part of the new bonus system based on the large number of Google searches involving her boobs.

"Can I get in on this? Would be nice to get some money anytime someone googles “are Paige Spiranac’s boobs real”" she Tweeted last week.

A golf fan then responded to Spiranac's tweet and said that although she was only making a joke, the 28-year-old deserves a "seat at the table" for the amount of online traffic she generates for the sport.

Spiranac replied to the golf fan, saying that the PGA Tour should give more recognition to content creators, especially considering her whopping figures when it comes to engagement and social media.

"I know I joke around a lot but I have the highest engagement rate in golf and the most followers on Instagram. It’s a little frustrating when they are already making millions and now will have this but some brands and organizations still won’t pay the content creators," she replied.
