Sun Mountain's new ClubGlider3 aims to make golf travel easier than ever

Sun Mountain has unveiled the ClubGlider3, the latest evolution of its popular ClubGlider travel bag range that has helped shape golf travel for more than a decade.

Designed to make transporting clubs through airports, car parks and baggage claims easier, the ClubGlider3 combines Sun Mountain's patented retractable kickstand system with precision glide wheels to deliver smooth, balanced movement while reducing the effort required to move a fully loaded golf bag.

Building on the success of previous ClubGlider models, the new version introduces several upgrades focused on security, durability and club protection, all developed around Sun Mountain's TQR standard of Trust, Quality and Reliability.

Among the headline additions are an integrated TSA-approved lock and a dedicated internal AirTag pocket, giving golfers extra peace of mind when travelling. A TPU film laminate and water-resistant finish have also been added to help protect equipment from the elements.

Sun Mountain has further strengthened the ClubGlider3 with weather- and abrasion-resistant polyester ripstop construction, while a thermoform-moulded casing and velour-lined interior provide enhanced protection for clubs during transit. 

Industrial-grade two-way zippers and heavy-duty clips help secure equipment, while multiple internal and external pockets offer improved storage and organisation.

The ClubGlider3 carries an RRP of $450 and weighs 12.8lbs. It features a 120.4-litre capacity, four pockets, three utility handles and measures 54 x 15 x 17 inches. It is constructed from 900D polyester ripstop with a matte-finish TPU film laminate and is available in Aurora Steel Cadet, Grove, Mauve Steel Stucco, Navy and a Red/White/Blue colourway.
