Charley Hull provides update after sustaining 'freak' injury in car park

English golf star Charley Hull looks likely to be out of action for longer than anticipated.
The European Solheim Cup star was forced to withdraw from the PIF London Championship earlier in the month after hurting her ankle.
'Buzzing' Hull was on her way to a four-hour practice session when she tripped and fell in the car park at Centurion Club.
The 29-year-old said the pain was so bad she was certain that she broke her ankle and she needed to be picked up by her boyfriend.
"I was buzzing yesterday coming out of physio after getting my back tape on,” she previously explained.
"I booked a four or five-hour practice session with my coach last Wednesday, which is nice and quiet, and I love practicing.
"I was really excited all week. Coming out of the locker room, I had a skip in my step because I love practicing.
"But then I fell over a curb in the car park and was lying on the floor shouting for my boyfriend to come get me.
"The security guard was watching me, and I heard my ankle pop. I thought I broke it. Someone picked me up and put me in the car.
"I went down so quickly, I nearly fainted. I was not sure if I was overreacting. I started moving my ankle and it’s nowhere near as bad as I thought."
Hull remained on site at Centurion Club to greet fans and take pictures.
But it now appears the injury is worse than first feared, with the golfer sharing pictures on Instagram wearing a protective moon boot.

Unlucky few months for Hull
Hull can count herself somewhat unfortunate over the last few months.
In July, she withdrew from the Evian Championship after collapsing in the first round.
The 29-year-old was struggling with a virus that week but decided to give it a go anyway and managed to complete only 12 holes.
She received an IV drip after being whisked off the course but did not require hospital treatment.
"Not the Evian Championship I was hoping for," she said as she thanked the medical staff.
Hull then delivered her best major performance at the AIG Women's Open at Royal Porthcawl, but played bridesmaid yet again to Miyu Yamashita.
