US Open tee times: LIV Golf rebels Phil Mickelson and Louis Oosthuizen together
Phil Mickelson and Louis Oosthuizen were two headline names at the first LIV Golf Invitational event last week and they've been grouped for the first two rounds in Massachusetts.
LIV Golf rebels and major champions Phil Mickelson and Louis Oosthuizen have been paired together for the first two rounds of the US Open at The Country Club in Brookline.
Oosthuizen finished 12th and Mickelson finished 34th in the 48-man field at Centurion Golf Club and alongside Shane Lowry, this group is set to turn some heads on Thursday and Friday.
Dustin Johnson was another high-profile player to tee it up in Hertfordshire last week and he will play with Matt Fitzpatrick and fellow US Open champion Webb Simpson in rounds and two.
Fresh from his win at the RBC Canadian Open and from firing darts at Greg Norman, Rory McIlroy will play with Hideki Matsuyama and Xander Schauffele ahead of the weekend.
World No.1 and Masters champion Scottie Scheffler will be joined by two-time US Open champion Brooks Koepka and World No.3 Cameron Smith.

Defending champion Jon Rahm will walk the fairways on days one and two with two-time major winner Collin Morikawa and James Piot, who played at Centurion last week.
