The BMW Championship marked the second leg of the $75million FedEx Cup Playoffs on the PGA Tour.
It has a record prize purse of $15million, with the winner at Wilmington Country Club in Delaware banking a cool check for $2.7million.
The defending champion was Patrick Cantlay, who came into the final day well-positioned to defend a FedEx Cup Playoff victory for the first time since its inception.
You may remember Cantlay was involved in an epic six-hole playoff with Bryson DeChambeau the last time the tournament was played.
A few interesting story lines developed over the course of the week. LIV-linked Cameron Smith withdrew on the eve of the tournament, citing a hip injury.
Though a few sceptics suggested that his withdrawal was related to his apparent future path.
Will Zalatoris led the FedEx Cup standings going into the BMW Championship, holding a 124-point lead over the Masters champion Scottie Scheffler.
Unfortunately for Zalatoris, he was forced to withdraw in the third round because of a back issue. He'll face a nervous wait to find out if he's fit enough to participate in the Tour Championship at East Lake.
Rory McIlroy was also involved in this rather hilarious exchange with a remote controlled golf ball.
Jordan Spieth was doing Jordan Spieth things. Again.
