Kyle Berkshire, the long drive world champion, looks like he is giving professional golf a run in 2022 as he plays his first event in six years.
Kyle Berkshire said he felt the nerves as he pegged it up on his first professional golf tournament in six years.
That's right, the long drive world champion, who recently shattered the ball speed record, is trying his hand at tournament golf again.
Berkshire, 25, is always one to show his high-intensity training sessions on Instagram with pal Bryson DeChambeau.
But sensible Berkshire had an iron in hand on the first tee as he tried to play a bit more...restrained.

As he writes in his post, he was definitely feeling the nerves and he has been eyeing this up for a while.
There is no doubt that the money - if he were to make it to the PGA Tour - would be considerably better than his long drive exploits.
That being said, you have to be an absolutely ridiculously talented golfer to get to PGA Tour level.
Berkshire has the distance but can he hone in the short game? Does he have the temperament? It will be fun watching to find out.
The event Berkshire was playing in was a one-day event in Florida.
Berkshire carded a stress-free even par front nine at the Fountain Country Club in Lake Worth.
But he returned home in 41 to sign for a 76. It was the first time he had played tournament golf in six years.
That score is certainly nothing to write home about, but it is definitely a good start.
Is this the start of the journey or just a flash in the pan?
