Marc Leishman is clearly still excited about his win alongside Cameron Smith at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, as he announced a giveaway with a twist on his Instagram page.

Smith has gained a lot of new fans this week with his mullet haircut and the Australian pair shared jokes throughout the week, including when Leishman wore a mullet wig on the first tee on Saturday.

The 37-year-old has started a competition on his Instagram page, encouraging golf fans to tag their 'best mullet mate' in his post and the winner will be sent some signed goods.

Leishman included a number of photos in his post with his and Smith's faces superimposed on to famous movie posters, much to the entertainment of his fans.

Golf fans commented on the World No. 37's post:

"What a chip in on 16 you had!" one fan said.

"Great job, congratulations! It was fun to watch," one fan commented.

"Most enjoyable golf I've watched in ages - thanks gents," another fan said.

"Great result for two rippers!!!!" another fan commented.

"The Aussies doing what they do," one fan said.

Leishman and Smith earned the right to enjoy themselves after they overcame Louis Oosthuizen and Charl Schwartzel in a playoff, after what was an epic battle with the South African pair.

One of the highlights of the final round foursomes at TPC Louisiana was when Leishman, who has now won 6 times on the PGA Tour, chipped in for birdie on the par-4 16th hole.

Both teams finished on 20-under-par and returned to the par-5 18th hole for the playoff. But unfortunately for Oosthuizen, he hit his tee shot in the water on the first playoff hole which allowed the Australian pair to make a par and seal the victory.
